Dr. Landy, LLSG's senior testifying expert, has been providing expert testimony on issues related to charges of employment discrimination since 1980. During that period, he has provided either testifying or consulting services in well over 200 cases in both federal and state court.

Dr. Landy's testimony has been cited as persuasive in many well-known employment discrimination opinions. He has testified in cases involving charges of age, race, gender, and disability discrimination, as well as in Equal Pay Act and FLSA cases.

The focus of Employment Litigation cases has included hiring, promotion, downsizing, hostile work environments, stereotyping, discipline, termination, and overtime eligibility. Dr. Landy has provided services to both plaintiffs and defendants.
