Dr. Frank Landy |
Dr. Frank Landy CEO / Senior Testifying Expert
Dr. Landy has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology. He began his consulting career in 1965 and has been working with organizations ever since. He has been serving as an expert witness in employment discrimination and Human Factors cases for over 25 years.
Dr. Landy's credentials for Employment Litigation and Human Factors testimony include hundreds of published professional and scientific journal articles, more than 20 book chapters, and 15 books, including recent texts on I-O Psychology and Employment Discrimination Litigation. Dr. Landy has received numerous scientific and professional awards and has served as President of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In his leadership capacities in various scientific organizations, Dr. Landy was involved in the development of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has been admitted as an expert witness for both defendants and plaintiffs and has been retained as an expert by numerous federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Drug Enforcement Administration, OFCCP, the IRS and the Secret Service.
Dr. Landy has testified in hundreds of federal and state actions over his 25 years of expert witness practice. He remains an active researcher through affiliations with several domestic and foreign universities. His strong international background provides a unique foundation for advising multinational corporations on issues related to global HR practices.

Kevin R. Murphy
Senior Testifying Expert/Senior Consultant
Kevin Murphy is a Professor of Psychology and Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University He earned his PhD from Penn State in 1979, has served on the faculties of Rice University, New York University, and Colorado State University, and has had visiting appointments at the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Limerick. He has also been a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Stockholm, and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Society. He is the recipient of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's 2004 Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award.
Dr. Murphy served as President of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (1997-98), and as Associate Editor, then Editor of Journal of Applied Psychology (1991-2002), as well as a member of the editorial boards of Human Performance, Personnel Psychology. Human Resource Management Review, International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Industrial Psychology and International Journal of Selection and Assessment. He served as a Member and Chair of the Department of Defense Advisory Committee on Military Personnel Testing, and has also served on four National Academy of Sciences committees, most recently the Committee to Review the Scientific Evidence on the Polygraph. He is the author of over one hundred and fifty articles and book chapters, and author or editor of eleven books, in areas ranging from psychometrics and statistical analysis to individual differences, performance assessment, gender, and honesty in the workplace.
Dr. Murphy has testified in numerous cases and has served as an expert for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has served as an expert for several government agencies, and over the last 25 years has served as a consultant to private and public-sector organizations.

Kylie Harper
Senior Consultant / Administrative Director
Kylie Harper received her Masters Degree from Massey University in New Zealand where she conducted research into shift-worker performance. Upon emigrating to Sydney, Australia, she joined SHL Australia and later SHL India as a consultant. She has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region on projects involving assessment and selection, safety, management development, competency profiling, performance appraisal, and rater and interviewer training. Most recently Kylie worked as a contractor to Australian HR Companies such as CompAssess and Worthwhile Recruiting, specializing in psychometric assessment and interpretation for selection purposes. Dr. Jeff Conte
Senior Consultant / Testifying Expert
Jeff Conte received his Ph.D. degree in I-O psychology at Penn State University. He has taught and conducted research in personnel selection, test validation, psychological testing, time management, and stress in the workplace. His stress research has been funded by the National Institute for Mental health. He regularly publishes in scientific journals and is the co-author (with Dr. Frank Landy) of a leading text in I-O psychology. Michelle Dean received both an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a specialty in human resource management, from Louisiana State University. Angie Rosenbaum received her Ph.D. in I-O psychology from Texas A&M University. She has over 16 years of internal and external consulting experience in both private and public sector organizations. Dr. Scott Baggett

Scott Baggett received his Ph.D. in Statistics from Rice University in 2000 and has since served as Senior Statistician in the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management and Lecturer in the Department of Statistics at Rice. His areas of expertise include computational statistics, data visualization and optimal analysis of large datasets. He has recently taught courses in time series analysis, and statistical programming. His professional consulting experience includes work in organizational behavior, strategy, marketing, finance, human resources management and wage and hour issues. Erik Olson

Erik Olson received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Texas A & M University and his J.D. from the University of Denver. Erik has over ten years experience researching workplace issues for municipalities at the Institute of Behavioral Research at Texas Christian University and as an in-house consultant for a large telecommunications company where his primary activities involved developing, validating, and implementing selection and performance management systems for both management and union employees. Erik’s areas of expertise include job analysis, development and validation of selection instruments, performance measurement, and survey design and analysis. Erik also has over five years experience in criminal prosecution and defense. |

Kathleen Ringenbach received her Ph.D. in I-O psychology from Penn State University. She has taught classes in statistics, human resources, I-O psychology, organizational behavior, and assessment. Over a period of 20 years, Kathleen has conducted research and done consulting on topics such as motivation, training, assessment, validation, personality, measurement, and aging. Barbara Nett has an M.S. in I-O psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver. She has worked in a variety of consulting practices, particularly those specializing in litigation support. She has experience working on cases involving allegations of race, gender, age, and disability discrimination. Tim Crean Information Technology Director
Tim Crean has a B.S. in psychology from Fairfield University. For 7 years he was a pubic policy researcher responsible for data management and statistical analysis. In the past 8 years, he has been both an internal IT Director and an external consultant to many firms like LLSG. As LLSG's IT Director, Tim is responsible for internal information systems as well as the interface between LLSG and client organizations for purposes of data transfer, data management, and electronic communications. Tim is also responsible for data base design and warehousing. His credentials include expertise in Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003 server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Routers and firewalls, SQL Server, and SPSS data analysis statistical package. Tim's knowledge of psychology and public policy combined with his expertise in IT makes him an extremely valuable member of LLSG's team. |
